ComfyDawg is Brilliant

I ordered the travel seat protector with cushion. The protector arrived but the cushion did not. I contacted ComfyDawg and Michael, the owner, went so far above and beyond mere customer service! He kept on top of the situation with follow up emails. Not just 1 or 3, polite cursory business emails. But full on, I care about you as a client emails. And he also sent a cushion to replace the one that didn't show up. And on top of that he sent a spare one as well. I cannot recommend Michael and ComfyDawg enough!
